I am looking forward to taking the journey of self exploration and healing with you. You are already equipped with many strengths and skills that will help with this journey. Together we will worked to eliminate the obstacles keeping you from reaching your goals.

The tools I have to help us on the journey are a Master of Science in Counseling from Fort Hays State University and a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, as well as, 21 years of experience working in the human service field and 13 years of counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Missouri.
